Our certification portfolio is maintained through annual third-party audits and surveillance visits. Certificate copies, audit summaries and scope statements are available to qualified buyers during supplier qualification and tender review. We map each certification to specific process steps — raw material reception, temperature-controlled processing, metal detection, packaging, cold storage and container loading — so importers can align HACCP plans and retail audit requirements with documented controls.

Certificates carry a scope statement, and the scope is the part that matters: a certificate whose scope does not name the product you are buying is not evidence about that product. Check the certificate number in the scheme's public register rather than relying on a supplied PDF, since the register reflects current status including any suspension.

Export documentation packages include health certificates, certificates of origin, catch certificates for MSC-labelled products, packing lists, bill of lading drafts and certificate copies referenced in purchase specifications. Our quality team coordinates pre-shipment inspections, third-party surveyor attendance and laboratory testing to destination-market microbiological and chemical limits.
