Quality control begins at reception with temperature checks, organoleptic assessment and laboratory sampling. Metal detection, weight verification and packaging integrity checks are performed before release to cold storage.
Our laboratory tests microbiological indicators, histamine and moisture to meet destination-market limits. Results are filed by lot and are available for buyer audits and certification body review.
The validated HACCP plan covers every critical stage: reception, grading, IQF freezing, packing, storage and dispatch. Retained samples support investigation if a destination market raises a quality query.
Release criteria cover sensory evaluation, weight checks, glaze percentage and packaging integrity before cold storage. Retained samples support investigation if destination markets raise quality queries.
